Welcome to our vacation homes at Beacon Landing Resort and Marina!

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury townhouses sit on the shores of Lake Granby and features 3 levels with 2 decks that over look the lake.The master bedroom on the top level has its own fireplace with a over size whirlpool tub and a king size bed. The main level is the dining area with its own fireplace, television, VCR and surround sound system and outdoor grill. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with its own full bath.

We are located 15 minutes from the town of Granby and 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. If you are planning a winter getaway we are 30 minutes from Winter Park ski area and 15 minutes from Sol Vista ski area. The Granby-Grand Lake area is also known as the snowmobile capital of Colorado. Lake Granby also has fantastic ice fishing through the winter and is right out of the back door.

If you are planning a summer vacation you are only 10 minutes from the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The park along with being the headwaters to the Colorado River has abundant wildlife and many hiking trails. After Labor Day is a excellent time to visit the park as there are fewer people, the Aspen are changing colors and the Elk are in rut. For the golfer the area has Grand Lake Golf course and Pole Creek Golf Course.Winter or summer the area offers something for everyone. We hope that you will enjoy your time here as much as we do.
